Privacy and proctoring notice

What we collect

Your registration details (name, contact details, college, registration number, degree, results and anything else on the form), your test answers and scores, and, for test security, your IP address, browser and device details each time you sign in or take the test. During the test we take a webcam snapshot about every 60 seconds if you consent. We do not record continuous video or your screen.

Why

To assess your application to TechForce Academy, to keep the test fair and secure, and to contact you about your application. AI tools help mark some written answers; only the answer text is sent, never your name or email, and a person makes every final decision.

Where and how long

Data is stored in Australia (Sydney). Webcam snapshots are deleted after 90 days, access logs after 12 months, and responses and scores after 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Webcam consent

Webcam snapshots need your separate consent before the test. If you do not want to use your webcam, you can ask for an alternative supervised sitting.
